Regular School Board Meeting May 19, 2008
The Board of Independent School District 308 met on
Monday, May 19, 2008, in Mr. Larry Smith’s room with Chair Ed Becker
calling the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. Members Rick Schmidt and Kay
Netteberg were absent. Student representative, Jon Gunkel, was
also in attendance.
Motion by Sherm Anderson, second by Kris Sauser to
approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Marv Vredenburg, second by Kris Sauser to
approve the minutes of the regular school board meeting held April 28,
2008. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Marv Vredenburg, second by Sherm Anderson
to approve the financial reports as presented and the Voucher Detail
Report in the amount of $74,539.06. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Marv Vredenburg, second by Kris Sauser to
approve the following consent agenda items: resignation of Diana
Allman as kitchen dishwasher and school age care giver effective May 9,
2008; donation of building two dugouts for the northeast baseball field
from Dwayne Dudley and volunteers; work agreement from Eide Bailly for
the financial audit of District for the year ending June 30, 2008, at a
cost of $9,900.00; Stacy Feder and Stephen Schrieber as assistant track
co-coaches for the 2008 season; overnight trip by the golf team to
Fergus Falls for the subsection golf tournament scheduled for May
21-22, 2008; and the contract with Katrina Carrier as summer school
instructor for World Geography to be taught the weeks of June 2nd
through July 3rd. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Marv Vredenburg, second by Kris Sauser to
amend the motion tabling the approval of Sherm Anderson’s contract
until next month’s meeting as an action item. Motion carried
unanimously.
Motion by Marv Vredenburg, second by Sherm Anderson
to approve the resolution proposing to place Blanca DeMarco on
unrequested leave of absence for .35 F.T.E. with a corresponding
reduction in pay and fringe benefits effective the end of the 2007-2008
school year on June 30, 2008. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Kris Sauser, second by Sherm Anderson to
approve the establishment of a board pre-meeting by scheduling two
board members each month to meet with any interested person(s) from
6:00-6:50 p.m. prior to the regularly scheduled monthly school board
meetings. Motion carried unanimously. Discussion included
individuals would be allotted 3-5 minutes and up to 15 minutes for
groups to present concerns. The two school board members at the
pre-meeting will bring the information to the school board meeting and
handle any necessary follow up. The first pre-meeting will be
held at 6:00 p.m. on July 28, 2008, prior to the school board
meeting. Pre-meeting school board member teams will be set up
according to who audited the bills the previous month.
Pre-Meeting Report will be added as a line item to future agendas,
removing “Visitor” from Reports, letter i. of the agenda.
The chairpersons of the five strategic planning
initiatives reported to the board as follows:
Sherm Anderson, chair of the public relations
committee, will plan a committee meeting when the spring sports seasons
conclude.
Superintendent Rassier, chair of the discipline
committee, reported the subcommittee has met three times with another
meeting scheduled and will bring a recommended changes to the
discipline policy to the policy committee meeting June 19. Board
action is expected at the July meeting. The committee plans to
meet at least twice during the 2008-2009 school year to continue
evaluating the effectiveness of the new policy.
Chair of the reading committee, Elementary Principal
Hadrava, reported this committee has been meeting Monday mornings at
7:00 a.m. The goal of this committee would be to have students in
grades K-12 striving to read to the best of their individual
abilities. Summer reading logs and contracts have been set up
with students in grades K-6 with a Summer Reading Jamboree scheduled
for June 24.
Ed Becker reported the building and finance
committees have met to continue to work on fund balance issues.
The strategic planning timeline will be an ongoing endeavor with the
committee doing its best to keep the goals set forth on track.
The facility evaluation committee, chaired by Marv
Vredenburg, has completed an evaluation of the needs of the Early
Childhood building and the main school building. A survey has been
conducted with all staff as to facility needs they see need to be taken
care of. All of this information will be compiled and prioritized
for completion.
The negotiations and finance committees have met to
work towards a balanced budget for the 2008-2009 school year and
reviewed the following proposals for budget reductions:

Prior to these reductions being implemented, the
school board is to give their consideration to the options.
Student representative, Jon Gunkel, was in
attendance to report spring sports schedules are back on schedule after
many weather delays; varsity girls’ track team won the Northland
Conference title at their meet held in Northome; graduation will be
held May 24 at 7:00 p.m.
Superintendent Rassier’s report included staff
members meeting with Paul Pedersen concerning the availability of
health insurance options; during the recent legislative session K-12
funding of an additional $51.00 per student was passed and the
state-wide health insurance program was vetoed; the building committee
will meet to develop a long term maintenance plan; and faculty forums
are complete.
Board member reports included attending meetings for
discipline, building and negotiations committees, meet and confer
sessions with certified and non-certified staff, chaperoning the 4th
grade field trip, and attending the Senior Awards Night.
Elementary Principal Hadrava reported to the board
all testing has been completed in the elementary grades, the No Major
Party is scheduled for May 20 and 22, the field trip to Itasca State
Park for K-6 student is May 23, with Field Day to be held May 27.
Activities Director, Bryan Wormley updated the board
regarding spring sports with the softball team beginning subsection
playoffs at Menahga on May 20, varsity golf team participated in the
Mid-Minnesota Conferece with three golfers qualifying, track subsection
will be held at Park Rapids on May 22 and baseball playoffs will be
held May 29 against Walker. FLR Sanders has sent floor design
options for consideration for the Tiger Arena floor.
Motion by Marv Vredenburg, second by Sherm Anderson
to approve from FLR Sanders, Nevis Gym Floor Design #6 at a cost of
$3,291.00, which will include “TIGERS” painted at each end of the floor
and the letter “N” painted in the middle of the floor. Motion
carried unanimously.
Pam Johnson, representing the Nevis teaching staff,
expressed concern on their behalf with the reduction to the foreign
language program citing the benefits provided to elementary students.
This school board meeting was held in Mr. Larry
Smith’s classroom. He is the instructor for students in grades 8,
9 and 10 in the social studies areas of Foundations of World Geography,
Civics and U.S. History.
High School Principal Sandmeyer included in her
report the following: 7th grade students completed Board and
Water Safety training; 6th grade students attended the Fresh Water
Festival, 5th grade went to Duluth for their annual field trip;
preschool held their year end celebration May 15; the pre-K classes of
four-year-olds attended a day of kindergarten on May 19; high school
awards and field day was held May 20 with the staff winning the
softball tournament vs. the senior class; kindergarten graduation and
the 2nd grade Authors’ Tea was held May 20; the district has been
awarded grants in a variety of areas from the Itasca Mantrap RoundUp
Program with Mrs. Sandmeyer accepting the awards at a ceremony on May
22; the No Major/No Minor and Honor Roll party for high school students
will be held the last day of school, May 27, with all students in
grades K-12 being dismissed at 1:00; a student and parent meeting is
scheduled for June 3 for band and choir students going on the New York
Trip; the policy committee will meet June 5 at 8:00 a.m.; and school
history information is coming in from people from all over the nation.
Marv Vredenburg is unable to attend the graduation
ceremonies on May 24 to present diplomas; Kris Sauser will present in
his place.

A TRANSCRIPT OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF AN EMERGENCY MEETING OF
THE HUBBARD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HELD ON JUNE 9, 2008, AT 3:00
0'CLOCK P.M.
An emergency meeting of the Hubbard County
Board of Commissioners was held on June 9, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. with all
the Commissioners and County Coordinator, Jack Paul present.
Commissioner Carlson arrived at 3:18 p.m.
Others present included: Emergency Management
Director, Dave Konshok; Sheriff, Gary Mills; Chief Deputy Sheriff,
Frank Homer; Solid Waste Officer, Vern Massie; Building & Grounds
Maintenance Manager, Lee Gwiazdon; Public Works Coordinator, David
Olsonawski; Land Commissioner, Bob Hoffman; Chief Deputy Assessor,
Janel Stewart; Deputy Auditor, Judy Harsha and the Park Rapids
Enterprise representative.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Cal
Johannsen.
Mr. Konshok explained that an initial resolution had
been adopted by the Chairman of the Board declaring a 72 hour State of
Emergency in Hubbard County due to the severe thunderstorms and tornado
event that occurred on June 6, 2008. The purpose of today’s meeting is
to extend that State of Emergency, as permitted by State Statute, to
allow for further assessment of damages.
The path of the tornado/s was presented beginning in
Wadena County extending to north of Pickeral Lake and also in the
Budora area (no damages reported in the Budora area). Sheriff Mills
stated that currently he is aware of between 10 – 13 homes that are
damaged and/or destroyed in Hubbard County in addition to damaged
timber.
The Board was informed that there was no prior
detection from the National Weather Service of the imminent possibility
of a tornado and therefore no advanced warning. In addition, the
weather conditions were not normal for development of tornado activity
and will be studied for future information. The first notification of
tornado activity was received by the Wadena County Sheriff’s Office and
was phoned in by a citizen after the damage was experienced at the
turkey barns located in northern Wadena County.
Review of damages from the Hinds Lake to Pickeral
Lake areas and points in between were presented including: debris
in the lakes and in the surrounding wooded areas with the need for
continuing assessment of clean-up efforts including the presence of
toxic substances.
Majority of tree damage was on private, Department
of Natural Resources and Potlatch land. County tax forfeited land
sustained minor damage.
Response by all parties involved was acknowledged
and appreciated.
On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Devine and
carried unanimously, the following resolution was adopted:

Resolution Declaring a State of Emergency
Whereas, the severe thunderstorms and tornado
impacted the population of Hubbard County and its cities; and
Whereas, the severe thunderstorms and tornado event
has caused a significant amount of public property damage; and
Whereas, the Hubbard County Department of Emergency
Management requests the Hubbard County Board of Commissioners to
declare Hubbard County in a STATE OF EMERGENCY for the severe
thunderstorms and tornado event of June 6, 2008;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Hubbard
County Board of Commissioners declares Hubbard County in a State of
Emergency for conditions resulting from the severe thunderstorms and
tornado event of June 6, 2008, and
Be It Further Resolved, that said Hubbard County
State of Emergency shall continue to midnight, June 18, 2008.
The Board suggested a review of the Abatement Policy
procedures be completed by departments and requested a presentation be
made at the next regular meeting on June 18, 2008. Mr. Konshok
will be providing a list of damage effected properties when completed,
to the Assessor’s Office for review.
Mr. Konshok explained that a review of emergency
response capabilities will be assessed and improvements will be made
upon review of this event for future utilization.

A regular meeting of the Hubbard County Board
of Commissioners was held on June 4, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. with all the
Commissioners and County Coordinator, Jack Paul present.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Cal
Johannsen.
On motion of Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Larson
and carried unanimously, the agenda was approved, as submitted.
On motion of Mr. Larson, seconded by Mr. Devine and
carried unanimously, the minutes of the regular meeting held on May 21,
2008, were approved, as submitted.
There was no public input.
Auditor/Treasurer: On motion of Mr. Robinson,
seconded by Mr. Devine and carried unanimously, the payment of the
regular bills and the auditor’s warrants dated May 23 and May 30, 2008,
were approved as submitted.
On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Larson and
carried unanimously, the 2009 departmental budget timelines &
guidelines were approved, as submitted, including a 3% wage COLA for
budget purposes only, as discussed.
On motion of Mr. Larson, seconded by Mr. Robinson
and carried unanimously, the application of the Park Rapids Lakes Area
Chamber of Commerce for a Temporary Liquor License for the Double J
Rodeo Grounds, Henrietta Township on July 3 – 5, 2008, was approved
upon completion of proper paperwork.
The General Revenue Cash Balance Report was
presented dated May 31, 2008.
Public Works: On motion of Mr. Robinson,
seconded by Mr. Devine and carried unanimously, the following
resolution was adopted:

Whereas, the County Board of Commissioners of the
County of Hubbard, State of Minnesota desires to offer for sale certain
parcels of land that have forfeited to the State of Minnesota for
non-payment of taxes, and
Whereas, Said parcels of land have been viewed by

non-conservation lands as provided for in Minnesota Statutes
§282.01.
Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Hubbard County
Board of Commissioners hereby certifies that all parcels of land have
been viewed and comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes
§85.012, §92.461, §282.01 Subd. 8, §282.018 and the

On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Devine and
carried unanimously, the printing of informational, noxious weed flyers
in an approximate amount of $1900 was authorized to be paid from the
Environmental Trust Fund dollars, as recommended by the Land
Commissioner. The flyers are to be distributed in the Northwoods
Press, Park Rapids Enterprise and Bemidji Pioneer Press newspapers with
an expense report to the board upon completion.
On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Devine and
carried unanimously, the Public Works Coordinator was authorized to
negotiate the amount to be paid for equipment rental fees for
completion of property maintenance by county employees, as discussed.
Public Works Coordinator, David Olsonawski reported
the amount of the vehicle purchase approved on February 2, 2008, had
been increased by $240 due to the addition of equipment, by the vendor,
when ordered. Discussion followed. On motion of Mr. Devine,
seconded by Mr. Larson and carried unanimously, the payment of
additional $240 to Elk River Ford, Elk River, MN for purchase of the
Ford F350 Crew Cab 6.8 V10 for total of $24,673.77 due to additional
equipment provided and the payment of $1,654.05 in license and fees was
approved with both to be by auditor’s warrant.

On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Carlson and
carried unanimously, the low bid for purchase of a used, reconditioned
landfill compactor as listed in bold above, including delivery to Park
Rapids was approved, upon the recommendation of the Solid Waste
Officer, to be paid from solid waste budgeted monies.
The Road & Bridge financial statement dated
April 30, 2008, was presented.
Discussion was held regarding the charging of
Transfer Station tipping fees for Heritage Living Center demolition
material in connection with the proposed building project. On motion of
Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Larson and carried unanimously, the tipping
fees for the proposed HLC construction project, demolition material
were waived.
On motion of Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Carlson
and carried unanimously, the currently utilized Hubbard County Land
Survey Policy was re-affirmed, as discussed.
The Board was informed that the Survey Tech I
position was going to be filled June 16, 2008, by Ryan Miller and the
Part time Deputy Recorder position will be filled on June 17, 2008, by
Linda Drewicke.
Environmental Services: On motion of Mr. Carlson,
seconded by Mr. Devine and carried unanimously, the County Attorney
review of two Shoreland Ordinance violations was approved for
litigation, if necessary.
The fee for conditional use application #2-CU-07 and
the resulting conditional use operating fee were reviewed. In
addition, the 2007 discussion held at the time of the application and
the required procedures for installation of a mechanical lift within
the shoreland area were reviewed. Discussion followed. On
motion of Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Devine and carried unanimously,
the conditional use application fee for #2-CU-07 and the resulting
conditional use operating permit fee paid in 2007 were waived, upon
satisfactory review by the county attorney as to proper procedure.
On motion of Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Larson
and carried unanimously, the consideration of a proposed Environmental
Review Ordinance was referred to the Planning Commission for a
recommendation to the Board.
Coordinator: By consensus of the Board the
Board Work Session scheduled for June 11, 2008, was cancelled and the
Coordinator was requested to work with the Hubbard County Regional
Economic Development Authority, Executive Director to schedule his
presentation at a regular Board meeting, as discussed.
On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Robinson
and carried unanimously, the following resolution was adopted:

PrimeWest Affordable Health Care
CoverageResearch Project
Whereas, the rising cost of health care is of great
concern to all employers and employees alike, and
Whereas, health care is the most highly regarded
benefit as perceived by employees; and
Whereas, Hubbard County is a member of the
PrimeWest’s Joint Powers Board, and
Whereas, PrimeWest has requested Hubbard County be a
participant in a R & D Phase of an Affordable Health Care Coverage
Project with no participation commitment in an affordable coverage
option identified/developed by PrimeWest and at no cost to the county
other than staff time and document duplication costs; and
Whereas, PrimeWest requests the assignment of a
contact person for the R & D Phase of the project.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Hubbard
County Board of Commissioners supports this PrimeWest Affordable Health
Care Coverage Project R & D Phase and
Be It Further Resolved, that Hubbard County will
provide the necessary information as requested by PrimeWest, and
Be It Further Resolved, that the Hubbard County
Coordinator is authorized to provide said information and is named as
the primary contact person.
On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Larson and
carried unanimously, the completion of the Preservation Agreement
Monitoring Report in connection with the old courthouse was authorized.
On motion of Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Devine
and carried unanimously, the payment of the Social Services bills, was
approved.
On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Carlson and
carried unanimously, the purchase of a defibrillator, upon satisfactory
equipment review by local emergency services providers, by state
contract from Philips Technologies through the Minnesota Safety
Council, Inc., St. Paul, MN, was approved in the amount of $1,410 plus
tax, to be paid from building fund monies, for installation in the
courthouse lobby area.
On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Carlson and
carried unanimously, the IES agreement to provide the LEC with updated
names and addresses associated with phone numbers was approved with a
$150 set up fee and $100/month access fee to be paid from 911
monies. The Jail/Dispatch Administrator was encouraged to review
the above services on an ongoing basis.
Building and Grounds Maintenance Manager, Lee
Gwiazdon reported information obtained from the City Building Inspector
regarding the possible re-location of the law library to the old
dispatch area. Discussion followed. By consensus of the
Board, the information was referred to the Building Committee for
recommendation to the Board.
On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Devine and
carried unanimously, the development of a Request for Information (RFI)
was authorized for a new LEC dispatch recording system with information
obtained to be reviewed by the Technology Committee for recommendation
to the Board.
On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Larson and
carried unanimously, the provision of training classes, by an
Assessor’s Office employee, in connection with the county web page
merchant subscription program were authorized, as discussed.
Committee Reports: On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded
by Mr. Robinson and carried unanimously, the payment of a $300
allocation, by auditors warrant, to the Council on Aging was approved
from cultural budgeted monies, to be used for Shell Prairie Ag
Association Fair Senior Program expenses.
On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Devine and

The City Council of the City of Nevis,
Minnesota, ordains:
Section 1: Authorization. Pursuant to Minnesota
Statute Minn. State. 415.11. The City Council in Second Class, Third
Class, and Fourth Class cities establishes, by ordinance, the salaries
of the mayor and council members in the amount that the council deems
“reasonable.” No charge in salary shall take effect until after the
next succeeding regular city election.

A TRANSCRIPT OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
HUBBARD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HELD ON MAY 21, 2008, AT 9:00
0'CLOCK A.M.
A regular meeting of the Hubbard County Board
of Commissioners was held on May 21, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. with all the
Commissioners and County Coordinator, Jack Paul present.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Cal
Johannsen.
On motion of Mr. Larson, seconded by Mr. Devine and
carried unanimously, the agenda was approved, as submitted.
On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr.
Devine and carried unanimously, the minutes of the regular meeting held
on May 7, 2008 and the minutes of the work session held on May 14,
2008, were approved, as submitted.
Henrietta Township Supervisor, Sharon Koskela and
Township Clerk, Brenda Carpenter expressed support of the July 4 rodeo
event held in Henrietta Township and presented concerns regarding the
temporary on-sale liquor license application of the Park Rapids Chamber
of Commerce for July 3, 4, & 5, 2008, in connection with the
event. Discussion followed regarding concerns relative to an
increase in previous years incidents reported and resident complaints
received by the township board members. The matter was referred to
later in the day during the Sheriff's portion of the agenda.
Auditor/Treasurer: On motion of Mr. Devine,
seconded by Mr. Larson and carried unanimously, the payment of the
regular bills and the auditor's warrants dated May 9, 2008, and May 16,
2008, omitting #850 and #8074 were approved, as submitted.
On motion of Mr. Larson, seconded by Mr. Robinson
and carried unanimously, the following resolution was adopted:

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
SPONSORSHIP OF
CROSS COUNTRY SKI TRAILS
OPERATED BY ITASCATUR SKI CLUB
Be It Resolved, that Hubbard County act as the legal
sponsor for an application for funding to the State of Minnesota
Department of Natural Resources for a project proposal for
cross-country ski trails managed by Itascatur Ski Club.
Be It Further Resolved, that upon approval of its
application by the state, Hubbard County may enter into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota for the above referenced project and that
it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations as stated in
the agreement.
Be It Further Resolved, that the Hubbard County
Auditor/Treasurer is hereby authorized to serve as the fiscal agent for
the above referenced project.
Public Works: Land Commissioner, Bob Hoffman
presented the results of the Timber Auction held on May 13, 2008,
resulting in sales totaling $260,241.43.
Mr. Hoffman presented the quote received for the
purchase of a Trimble GEO XT as follows: Frontier Precision Inc.,
St. Cloud, MN (state contract) - $5,356.95, including sales tax.
On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr. Robinson and carried
unanimously, the purchase listed in bold by underlined, quote above was
approved to be paid from Tax Forfeited Land budgeted monies.
Public Works Coordinator, David Olsonawski presented
the quotes received for CSAH 18 center line culvert replacement at the
north end of Fish Hook Lake as follows: Anderson Contracting,
Inc., Solway, MN - $32,292.30; Reierson Construction, Inc., Bemidji, MN
- $36,206.88; Gladen Construction, Inc., Laporte, MN - $38,707.60;
Anderson Brothers Construction Co., Brainerd, MN - $40,084.16; and
Dennis Drewes, Inc., Frazee, MN - $52,886.60. On motion of Mr.
Devine, seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried unanimously the project in
bold by underlined quote above was approved, as recommended by the
Public Works Coordinator.
Solid Waste Officer, Vern Massie and Recycling
Manager, Rick Zeller presented information regarding the proposed
purchase of used dumpsters from the City of East Grand Forks, MN.
Discussion followed regarding purchase cost and transportation
expenses. On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Robinson and
carried unanimously, the Solid Waste Office was authorized to purchase
two, semi flat bed loads of used dumpsters from the City of East Grand
Forks, as presented, with payment to be from recycling equipment
budgeted monies. In addition, the office was authorized to
arrange delivery of same to Park Rapids in the most economically
feasible method and, upon satisfactory review by the Chairman,
additional purchases were authorized, with a report to the Board upon
conclusion of all purchases.
Mr. Olsonawski informed the Board of the need to
purchase an estimated 25,000 tons of additional aggregate surfacing to
complete additional road maintenance due to the damage caused by the
wet snow fall this spring and reported an addition to the CP 29-08-02,
Aggregate Surfacing contract had been negotiated for $5.87/ton.
Discussion followed. On motion of Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mr.
Larson and carried unanimously, the addition listed in bold above
resulting in an estimated cost increase of $145,035.96 (24,708 tons @
$5.87/ton) was approved, as recommended by the Public Works Coordinator.
Social Services: New Social Worker, Michelle
Fischer was introduced to the Board having begun her full time duties
effective March 6, 2008.
On motion of Mr. Larson, seconded by Mr. Carlson and
carried with Mr. Robinson out of the room, the renewal of the host
county contract with Elaine Hanson for waivered foster care services
was approved, effective July 1, 2007, through December 31, 2008, as
recommended by the Social Services Director.
On motion of Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Larson and
carried with Mr. Robinson out of the room, the renewal of the purchase
of service agreement with Lutheran Social Services for
Conservator/Guardianship services was approved, as recommended by the
Social Services Director.
On motion of Mr. Larson, seconded by Mr. Robinson
and carried unanimously, the Transit Coordinator position was increased
from part time (80%) to full time effective June 1,
